Year 10 students enjoyed a fantastic morning with representatives from DHL Express and Teach First joining them at the school for an interactive Geography and Business lesson.
DHL’s CEO Phil Couchman and Paul Manley, Director of First Choice at DHL, led the session which focussed on the DHL brand across the world, Phil’s career journey and the varied opportunities for students to work for DHL. Students took part in a HUGE DHL jigsaw puzzle, worked to identify some of the countries DHL are based in and took part in a Q&A with Phil and Paul.
As one of Logic’s key employer partners, it was to great to host DHL and our students are looking forward to their visit to DHL offices in the coming weeks. Our links and engagement with local employers is a key element of student life at Logic and introduces them to the opportunities available in the local workforce and beyond.
